Ermenegildo Zegna, commonly referred to as Zegna, is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1910 by Ermenegildo Zegna in Trivero, in the Piedmont region of Italy. The company is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange following a 2021 merger with a special purpose acquisition company. The Zegna family retains a controlling stake.
