Penhaligon's

Penhaligon's was founded in 1870 by William Henry Penhaligon, a Cornish barber and perfumer who established his business next to the Hammam Turkish Baths on Jermyn Street, London. His first fragrance, Hammam Bouquet, was inspired by the scents of the adjacent bathhouse and remains in production today.
